History of VAU

Merger of VAU Energy GmbH & Co. KG into VAU Thermotech GmbH & Co. KG with retroactive effect from 01.01.2018 with notarial deed dated 17.07.2018 completed. Thus, the production company was merged with the sales company to form an operational unit. The new organizational structure puts us in a competitive position for the future.

Complete relocation of the Munich factory to Heldrungen in Thuringia in a 3,000 m² production hall
